How do you return your MESTRAE?


We would be very surprised that once seen, you would like to return them, but if it is the case, do not worry, it will be again. Of course, you must do it in the same conditions in which they arrived, that is, perfect and with all its original packaging in perfect condition. (Packing means boxes, envelopes, cloth bags, etc.). You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the same in your home to start the return process, which we indicate below.


In case of changing your MESTRAE the amount will be 15 euros for each change, which you must make by bank transfer to: MESTRAE EUROPE S.L. IBAN: ES1230581801172720026320. Once the transfer is made, send us an email to with the justification of the deposit and we will proceed to pick up your Mestrae where you tell us.

To make your return, follow these steps:

1- Send an email to indicating your purpose of return, that is, if you want to exchange them for others, or if, on the contrary, you want to reimburse them.
2- Make a bank transfer to the account described in the above paragraph, indicating in the concept the order number that we will have sent you in the order confirmation email.
3- Send receipt of the receipt to indicating the order number in the subject.
4- Prepare your Mestrae with its original packaging and be at home when they come to pick them up.
5- In a minimum period of time, we will send you your new MESTRAE, or we will refund the amount of your purchase, using the same payment method used in the purchase process.


The changes made to the product that we have in stock will take 24-72h to be managed. In case of not having stock, we will have to wait for the arrival of your model to be able to make the change. We will inform you about the entire state of the process.





The return or exchange of products that we consider used is not allowed. It may be penalized with up to the total amount of the same in case of receiving a clearly used product.
